Who we are

This website is operated by TravelBookingPanel (“we”, “us”). For any privacy question, contact info@travelbookingpanel.pk.

What we collect

• Enquiry details you send through our forms or by email: your name, email address, agency name, the plan you are interested in and your message.
• Technical data that any web server receives, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, processed by our hosting provider for security and reliability.

We do not use advertising cookies on this website and we do not sell personal information.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, arrange a demo and send the information you asked for.
• To provide, install and support the software if you become a customer.
• To keep this website secure and to understand, in aggregate, how it is used.

Legal basis

We process enquiry details because you asked us to respond (steps prior to a contract) and because we have a legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. Customer data is processed to perform our contract.

Where it is stored and for how long

Enquiries are stored in our database hosted on Cloudflare’s infrastructure. We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer, in which case we keep the records needed to support your licence and meet our legal obligations.

Your booking data

When you run the TravelBookingPanel panel, it is installed on your own server or cloud account. The traveller and booking data in your panel is controlled by you, not by us. If you ask us for support access, we use it only to resolve your request.

Sharing

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run this website and our business (such as hosting and email), under obligations of confidentiality, or where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by writing to info@travelbookingpanel.pk. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes

We will update this page if our practices change, and revise the date at the top.
