Terms of service

1. About these terms

These terms apply to travelbookingpanel.pk and to any licence of the TravelBookingPanel software purchased from us. A written order or proposal we agree with you forms part of the contract and takes priority if it differs from these terms.

2. The licence

• Each plan is a one-time, perpetual licence to install and use the software for your own travel business on the domain(s) agreed in your order.
• You receive the full source code and may modify it for your own use. You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the software, or offer it to third parties as a product of your own.
• Plan features are as listed on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

3. Installation, updates and support

We install the software on your server and domain as described in your plan. Updates and the support level included (email, priority or dedicated technical contact) follow your plan. Support covers the software as delivered; changes you or third parties make to the source code are outside its scope.

4. Your responsibilities

• Your hosting, domain and email, and keeping your server secure.
• Your contracts with suppliers, GDS providers and payment gateways, including their fees and compliance requirements. API credentials are issued to you, in your name.
• The bookings, prices and content you publish, and compliance with the travel and consumer laws that apply to your business.

5. Payment

Licence fees are payable in advance as stated in your order. Third-party costs (hosting, supplier and gateway fees) are paid by you directly to those providers. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

6. Intellectual property

We keep ownership of the software and its trademarks; your licence gives you the rights described above. You keep ownership of your brand, content and data.

7. Liability

The software is provided with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or losses caused by third-party services such as suppliers, GDS providers, payment gateways or hosting. Our total liability is limited to the licence fee you paid.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction.
