Features

What the umrah module does

Umrah package builder

Put flights, Makkah and Madinah hotels, transport and visa together as one package with one price for the pilgrim.

Room-sharing prices

Price each package per sharing type — double, triple, quad or quint — so families and groups see the figure that applies to them.

Distance from the Haram

Show how far each hotel is from the Haram on the package itself, the detail pilgrims compare first.

Group departures

Run fixed group departures with seat and room allocation, so you always know what is left to sell.

Visa and transport components

Add visa and ground transport to a package as priced components rather than separate bookings.

Arabic RTL and multi-currency

Every panel can run in Arabic right-to-left as well as English and other languages, with prices in the currencies you choose.

How it works

From first search to a confirmed booking

  1. 01

    Build the package

Choose the flights, the Makkah and Madinah hotels, transport and visa, and set the price for each room-sharing type.

  2. 02

    Set departures

Create group departure dates and allocate the seats and rooms available on each one.

  3. 03

    Sell direct or through agents

Pilgrims book on your website, while sub-agents book at their own rates from the B2B agent portal.

  4. 04

    Allocate and confirm

Seats and rooms are allocated as bookings come in, and each pilgrim or agent receives their confirmation.

What Umrah booking software does

Pilgrims rarely buy an Umrah trip piece by piece. They want one price that covers the flight, the hotels in Makkah and Madinah, the ground transport between them and the visa. Umrah booking software lets an agency build that bundle once, price it properly and sell it many times — to families on the website and to sub-agents through a portal.

In TravelBookingPanel the Umrah package builder is part of the Agency and Enterprise plans. It sits alongside the flight, hotel, tour and visa modules, so the components you use in a package are managed in the same admin back office.

How an Umrah package management system is structured

  • Flights to and from the Kingdom, often as group fares you hold yourself.
  • Makkah and Madinah hotels, either from connected bed banks or hotels you contract for the season.
  • Ground transport between the airport, Makkah and Madinah.
  • Visa, added as a priced component of the package.

Each package then has its own departure dates and room-sharing prices. Because hotels and flights live in their own modules, you can reuse the same hotel contracts across several packages.

Room-sharing prices and Haram distance

Umrah pricing is usually quoted per person by sharing type: the more pilgrims sharing a room, the lower the price each pays. The panel lets you set a separate price for double, triple, quad and quint sharing on every package. Hotel distance from the Haram is shown on each package too, because for many pilgrims — especially older travellers — walking distance matters as much as the star rating.

Group departures and sub-agents

Most Umrah operators sell fixed group departures. Each departure has a set number of seats and rooms, and the panel allocates them as bookings arrive. Sub-agents can sell the same departures from the B2B agent portal at the markups you set for them, paying from a prepaid wallet with top-up requests and statements. Their vouchers and invoices can carry their own branding.

Arabic, other languages and currencies

Umrah customers and sub-agents often work in more than one language. On the Agency and Enterprise plans every panel — the booking website, admin back office, agent portal and traveller account — can run in Arabic with a proper right-to-left layout, as well as English and other languages. Multi-currency pricing lets you show packages in the currencies your pilgrims and agents use, such as SAR, PKR, AED or USD.

Choosing Umrah agency software

Look for software that prices by sharing type, handles group allocation and speaks Arabic as well as English. TravelBookingPanel does all three, runs on your own domain and server, and is sold on a one-time licence with full source code and no commission on bookings. The Agency plan, which includes the Umrah package builder, is $2,999 — see every plan on the pricing page.

FAQ

Umrah package builder: common questions

Which plan includes the Umrah module?

The Umrah package builder is included in the Agency plan ($2,999) and the Enterprise plan ($4,999). It is not part of the Starter plan.

Can I price a package for different room-sharing types?

Yes. Each package can carry separate prices for double, triple, quad and quint sharing, and pilgrims see the price for the option they choose.

Does the software issue Umrah visas?

No. Umrah visas go through the official Saudi process and authorised providers. The panel lets you add the visa to a package as a priced component and track the paperwork.

Can sub-agents sell my Umrah packages?

Yes. Through the B2B agent portal, sub-agents book your packages at the rates and markups you set and pay from a prepaid wallet.

Is the booking site available in Arabic?

Yes. The Agency and Enterprise plans include Arabic right-to-left layouts alongside English and other languages.
