Refund policy

Before installation

If you cancel your order before we start installation and before the source code is delivered, we refund the licence fee in full, less any payment-processing charges we cannot recover.

After delivery

Because the licence includes the full source code, licence fees are not refundable once the source code has been delivered or installation has been completed — except in the cases below.

If something we promised doesn’t work

If a feature included in your plan does not work as described and we cannot fix it within 30 days of your written report, you may request a refund for that licence. We will confirm the issue and, if it is ours, refund the licence fee in exchange for removal of the software.

What is not covered

• Third-party costs such as hosting, domains, supplier, GDS or payment-gateway fees.
• Problems caused by changes to the source code made by you or a third party.
• Supplier or gateway accounts that are not approved or are withdrawn by the provider.
• Custom development work that has been delivered and accepted.

Email info@travelbookingpanel.pk with your order details and the reason for your request. We reply within five business days.
